AI Logo Fixer Pro — Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 11, 2026

1. Introduction

BLLEKHOLL (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use AI Logo Fixer Pro (the “App”) and related services that we operate to support the App.

By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar laws apply, we process personal data as described here and only where we have an appropriate legal basis.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the information reasonably needed to create and maintain accounts or sessions, deliver features, keep credits and subscription tiers in sync with what you purchased, run the service securely, and reduce fraud and duplicate crediting.

2.1 Account and identity-related data

  • Account identifiers: Such as an app user ID, login or session tokens, and basic profile details you provide (if any).
  • Platform identifiers: Such as a platform account token or receipt identifiers provided by Apple, Google, or similar services to validate purchases.

2.2 Subscription, credit, and purchase records

  • Purchase history: Records of subscriptions and one-time credit packs, plan tier, renewal status, and related transaction references as returned by your platform or our payment tooling.
  • Credit ledger data: Your credit balance, deductions for premium actions, starter credits, subscription allowance resets, and top-ups—processed so the App can meter paid features correctly.

2.3 Content and usage you generate

  • User content: Images and files you upload (for example, logos you ask us to process), prompts or settings you submit, and outputs returned to you.
  • Usage data: Feature usage, timestamps, approximate region derived from IP where needed for security, device/app version, and diagnostics needed to operate and improve the product.

2.4 Device and technical data

  • Device type, OS version, language/locale, and app build
  • Crash logs and performance data to help us fix bugs
  • Security signals used to detect abuse and protect accounts

We do not require you to provide sensitive categories of data (such as health data) to use the App. Please do not submit such information unless we explicitly request it.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide the service: Run AI features, return outputs, and meter credits for paid actions.
  • Sync entitlements: Keep subscription level and credit balances aligned with purchases and renewals, including prevention of double crediting or inconsistent states after restores and plan changes.
  • Process payments (via platforms): Validate receipts and subscription status with app store systems and trusted providers we use for in-app purchase management.
  • Support and communicate: Respond to requests, send transactional notices, and provide customer support.
  • Security and integrity: Detect fraud, abuse, and attacks; enforce our Terms; protect users.
  • Improve the product: Understand aggregated usage trends, troubleshoot issues, and develop new features (using de-identified or aggregated data where feasible).
  • Legal compliance: Meet accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations, and respond to lawful requests.

4. Legal Bases (EEA/UK)

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Contract: Processing necessary to perform our agreement with you (provide the App, manage credits and subscriptions).
  • Legitimate interests: Securing the service, preventing fraud and abuse, improving reliability, and understanding product usage in a minimally invasive way, balanced against your rights.
  • Legal obligation: Where the law requires us to retain or disclose certain records.
  • Consent: Where we ask for consent for a specific optional feature (for example, certain analytics, if offered), you may withdraw consent at any time.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

5.1 Service providers

  • Cloud and infrastructure vendors that host our systems and databases
  • In-app purchase and subscription platforms (for example, Apple and Google) and, where applicable, subscription management services such as RevenueCat (https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy)
  • AI or ML processing providers involved in generating outputs when you use AI features (subject to our agreements and security practices)
  • Analytics and diagnostics providers to measure crashes and performance where enabled

5.2 Legal and safety

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, BLLEKHOLL, or the public.

5.3 Business transfers

If we negotiate a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. For example:

  • Account and subscription records: For the life of the account and a reasonable period afterward to resolve disputes, enforce terms, and comply with tax/accounting rules.
  • Credit and purchase reconciliation data: As needed to prevent duplicate crediting and support customer support investigations.
  • User content: For as long as needed to provide features you request, unless you delete it or we delete it per our settings and backups policy.
  • Logs and security records: For a limited period consistent with security needs.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit where appropriate, access controls, and vendor diligence. No online service is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Transfers

We may process information in Kosovo and other countries where we or our providers operate. If we transfer personal data from the EEA/UK to countries not deemed adequate, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or delete certain personal data
  • Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Data portability for data you provided, where applicable
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You can contact us at info@bllekholl.com. We may need to verify your request. Some requests may be limited by law or legitimate interests (for example, retaining purchase records for fraud prevention and accounting).

California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are commonly defined by California law.

10. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

11. Analytics and Similar Technologies

The App may use SDK-based analytics, device identifiers, and local storage to remember settings and diagnose issues. Depending on your device, you may be able to limit tracking through platform settings (for example, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency choices, where applicable).

12. Third-Party Links

The App may link to third-party sites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy in the App or on our site and update the “Last Updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
