Welcome to MovieRoulette (the "App"), a mobile application provided by BLLEKHOLL ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the App and all features, content, and services available through the App (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MovieRoulette, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

Description of Service

MovieRoulette is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Save movie names to a personal list stored locally on their device
• Use a spin wheel feature to randomly select a movie from their saved list
• Access premium features through in-app subscriptions (weekly or yearly)

The App operates without requiring user accounts or registration. All movie data is stored locally on your device.

Free and Premium Features

MovieRoulette offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Users can save up to 8 movies and perform up to 5 spins per day.
• Premium Subscription: Subscribers can save unlimited movies and perform unlimited spins per day. Premium subscriptions are available as weekly or yearly plans.

Subscription features and pricing are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

MovieRoulette offers in-app purchases for premium subscriptions:

• All purchases are processed through the App Store (Apple) payment system
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy and applicable laws
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time, with notice to existing subscribers

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees and authorize the App Store to charge your payment method.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent any security features or limitations of the App
• Use the App to transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Use automated systems or bots to access or use the App

Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Movie data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers
• We do not require account creation or personal information
• We use Superwall for paywall presentation, which may collect limited data for subscription processing
• If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be removed

Intellectual Property

The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by BLLEKHOLL and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the App's name, logo, or branding without our written permission

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• You remain responsible for any outstanding subscription fees
• All locally stored data may be lost if you delete the App

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BLLEKHOLL operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
