AI connected to the tools you already use, not another app to log into.
Take an order that comes in by email. Someone reads it, types it into your system, checks stock and sends the invoice. Ten minutes, every order. At 30 orders a week, that's five hours gone.
With AI connected to your inbox, inventory and billing, that same email is read, entered and invoiced in seconds. Anything unusual, like a huge order or a missing address, still goes to a person to approve. Your team keeps working where it already works, minus the retyping.
AI integration
Where AI usually helps first
Email and document intake
Orders, invoices, applications and forms that arrive by email or as PDFs are read, checked and entered into the right system.
Customer questions
An assistant on your website or in your messages that answers with your real stock, prices and opening hours, and hands the conversation to your team when it should.
Missed calls and bookings
When nobody can pick up, the caller gets a text back, says what they need and books a time straight from your calendar.
Tools that agree with each other
Your CRM, spreadsheets, inventory and accounting stop drifting apart, because a change in one shows up in the others.
Reports nobody has to build
The weekly numbers someone puts together by hand, pulled, summarized and sent to whoever needs them.
Our approach
Start with one workflow
We don't sprinkle AI over everything. We look for the one task your team repeats most, the one that's mostly reading, typing and copying, and automate that first. It's usually obvious within the first conversation.
One hour a day of copy-paste doesn't sound like much. It's 260 hours a year, for one person. Getting that back for a single workflow makes a clear case for the next one, and if a workflow turns out not to save real time, it's better to know early.
AI gets things wrong now and then, so we build for that. Every integration has rules for when to stop and ask a person, and a log of what it did, so you can always check its work.
Example
An order email, start to finish
- 1
The email arrives
A returning customer orders three items and adds a delivery address.
- 2
AI reads it
Products, quantities, customer and address are matched to your catalog.
- 3
Stock is reserved
Inventory is updated in the system you already use.
- 4
The invoice goes out
Created in your billing tool and emailed to the customer.
If something looks off, like an unknown product or an order ten times the usual size, it stops and asks your team first.
FAQ
Questions we get asked
Which tools can you connect AI to?
Most tools that have an API or an export: Gmail and Outlook, Google Sheets and Excel, CRMs, online stores, accounting and booking software. If one of your tools has no way in, we'll tell you on the first call.
Do we have to replace our current software?
No. Your team keeps using the tools it knows. The integration does the manual steps in between, like reading, copying and updating.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
It will, occasionally, so we plan for it. You decide when it should ask a person, everything it does is logged, and nothing reaches a customer unless you've agreed it can go out automatically.
What happens to our data?
We send an AI provider only the data a task needs, and sensitive fields can stay inside your own systems. Before anything is switched on, we walk you through what goes where.
Other things we do
What does your team retype every week?
Tell us about one task that eats time. We'll reply with how we'd automate it and what it would take.
